Hennessey Performance Manufacturing - Tire and Alignment Technician

About the Role Hennessey Performance Engineering is seeking a Wheel, Tire & Alignment Technician to support our high‑end vehicle manufacturing assembly line. This position is strictly focused on wheels, tires, and alignments and is not a general automotive or performance technician role. You'll work as part of a structured production environment supporting the final build and quality of world‑class performance vehicles. What You'll Do Mount, dismount, and balance wheels and tires Install completed wheel/tire packages during assigned assembly stages Perform 4‑wheel alignments to OEM and Hennessey specifications Verify proper fitment, offsets, torque specs, and TPMS functionality Document alignment measurements and inspection results Identify and report defects, cosmetic issues, or quality concerns Maintain production pace while meeting safety and quality standards Keep a clean, organized, and production‑ready work area Work closely with Assembly and Quality Control teams Important Role Scope This is a manufacturing/production role, not a flat‑rate service technician position. What We're Looking For Hands‑on experience mounting and balancing wheels and tires Proven experience performing wheel alignments Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to follow standardized processes and torque specs Comfortable working in a fast‑paced assembly environment Safety‑minded with a professional work ethic Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required 1 - 3+ years of wheel, tire, and alignment experience preferred Dealership, performance shop, or manufacturing experience a plus Alignment certification or formal training is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift and handle 50-80 lbs regularly (wheels/tires) Repetitive bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
