Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires on a variety of trucks and trailers. Your expertise will ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Responsibilities Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or other issues that require attention Replace tires on trucks and trailers using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance Assist with automotive fluid replacements such as oil changes and other maintenance tasks Support minor mechanical repairs including brake adjustments, suspension checks, and other vehicle maintenance needs Use diagnostic tools to identify tire-related or mechanical issues affecting vehicle operation Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to drivers and team members Qualifications Dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred Previous mechanic or tire technician experience is a strong plus Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, and fluid replacement procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to lift heavy tires or equipment safely during tire installation or repairs Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Customer service orientation with clear communication skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to safety, quality service, and continuous growth.
