The job is to work with dealerships fixing up used cars that have damaged wheels. I am looking for someone that has automotive experience, someone that has worked with vehicles that knows how to take wheels on and off. Sales experience, if you have sales background this will help you perform your daily job duties. You must have charismatic qualities when talking to people. PAY Starting pay is $20.00 per hour during the training period. After successfully completing training, compensation will transition to a performance-based commission structure of up to 40% commission. Responsibilities Conduct cosmetic repairs related to wheels, repairs Dealership experience or automotive service background preferred Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools Knowledge of vehicle, must know how to drive a manual Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing manual repairs in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and client interaction must be at least 21 years of age must be able to work outside in the elements
