Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently and accurately to meet customer needs. Conduct automotive fluid replacements such as oil changes, ensuring vehicles operate smoothly and safely. Assist with minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, alignments, and vehicle diagnostics. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks and mechanical repairs. Diagnose vehicle issues using automotive diagnostic equipment and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical problems or safety concerns, providing clear communication to customers. Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and tire pressure checks. Experience Dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred. Proven mechanic experience with hands-on work in tire service, vehicle maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs. Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics tools. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, suspension, steering, and engines. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments. Service technician experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills is a plus.
