This is a commission-based position with earning potential of $55,000-$100,000+ per year . Your income is directly tied to your productivity and performance, giving motivated technicians the opportunity to maximize their earnings. Responsibilities Repair curb rash, scratches, bends, and other cosmetic wheel damage Prep, sand, refinish, paint, and polish automotive wheels Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and consistently Inspect wheels and determine the proper repair method Maintain professional-quality finishes and attention to detail Properly use and maintain tools and equipment Keep your work area clean and organized Travel to different customer/work locations as scheduled Manage daily assignments and work independently Requirements Previous professional wheel repair/refinishing experience required Strong knowledge of wheel repair and refinishing techniques Experience with sanding, painting, polishing, and color matching Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and professional Valid driver's license Comfortable traveling to different work locations Available approximately 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with opportunities for additional hours Compensation $55,000-$100,000+ per year earning potential Commission-based pay Earnings based on productivity and performance Strong earning potential for experienced, efficient technicians Opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually for top performers We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values quality, and wants to be rewarded for their performance .
