In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining critical infrastructure such as towers, antennas, fiber optic cables, and associated equipment. Your expertise will help ensure reliable connectivity for 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G wireless services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in challenging environments while advancing your skills in high voltage systems, fiber splicing, and field service operations. Whether you're climbing towers or operating bucket trucks, your efforts will directly impact millions of users who rely on seamless communication every day. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication equipment on towers and rooftop sites using climbing techniques and bucket trucks Handle low voltage electrical systems safely during equipment upgrades or troubleshooting Rigging as needed for tower modifications or structural repairs to ensure safety and stability Operate manlift equipment to access elevated sites safely and efficiently Install and maintain cabling—including coaxial, fiber optic, and power cables—ensuring proper routing and secure connections Perform field service tasks such as troubleshooting network issues, replacing faulty components, and testing signal quality Follow all safety protocols related to climbing, rigging, welding, low voltage work, and working at heights to prevent accidents Document all work performed accurately in reports and logs for compliance and quality assurance purposes Experience Previous experience working in telecommunication field service or tower maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates Knowledge of 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G wireless technologies is a plus Hands-on experience with low voltage wiring is beneficial Ability to operate aerial lift equipment safely is a plus Strong climbing skills with the physical fitness required for tower work; comfort working at heights is essential Join us in building the future of connectivity!
