Job Overview Join our team as a Tower Technician and become a vital part of expanding and maintaining cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and inspecting cell towers and related equipment to ensure optimal network performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, climb towers safely, and utilize advanced telecommunication testing equipment to deliver reliable service across diverse environments. Duties Perform tower climbing and antenna tower installation, maintenance, and repair. Use hand tools, rigging gear, to facilitate safe access and precise installation of telecommunications hardware. Follow blueprint for accurate placement of antennas, cables, and other tower components. Perform high-angle rescue operations when required, ensuring safety at all times. Testing to troubleshoot issues and optimize network performance. Skills No experience required. Willingness to follow direction and learn. Construction experience is a plus (concrete, framing, machine operator, electric). Training Provided OSHA 10hr, 30hr First Aid and CPR Tower climbing and Rescue Certified climbing (Tower Tech I, II, III, etc.) WEWP Many others Requirements Valid Drivers license Dependable Transportation Pass drug test Willingness to work and learn
