Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Telecom Civil Technician and Civil Foreman to support the planning, construction, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. This role involves working on-site to execute civil construction tasks related to telecom projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telecom and electrical work. Job Responsibilities:
Work with basic hand tools and safety equipment. Utilize PPE in compliance with EHS requirements and industry standards Assist with testing new and existing equipment. May include sweep, PIM, or fiber testing. Maintain OSHA safety requirements at all times with the ability to follow EHS procedures and protocol Installation of RF and antenna system components such as (antennas, TMA's, RRU's, diplexers, coax, hybrids, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.) Understanding and ability to process RFDS and read and execute construction drawings. Perform routine and preventative maintenance Coordinate with other technicians and engineers to ensure proper system operation Valid driver's license. Ability to take and understand written and verbal direction Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawing and support documentation, RF data sheets, and basic electrical concepts. be able to communicate both verbally and electronically. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail Hard working and self-motivated Coordinate with other technicians and engineers to ensure proper system operation

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel Required:
Ability to work in all weather conditions except for unsafe or extreme weather conditions. Able to lift 75+ pounds Full-time, 40 hours/week. Overtime as needed. Travel is required 50% of the time Home most weekends
