Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Tower Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at heights, travel to job sites, and help build and maintain wireless communication towers. The ideal candidate is someone who is punctual, trustworthy, safety-focused, and committed to getting the job done right — every time. Key Responsibilities:
Climb and work on communication towers up to 800 feet Install, maintain, and repair antennas, lines, and related equipment Follow safety protocols and complete job hazard assessments Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Travel regularly to job sites and be flexible with scheduling Communicate clearly and effectively with crew leads and project managers Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a tower technician or in a similar field Climbing certifications (e.g., ComTrain, NATE) CPR/First Aid certification OSHA 10 or 30 certification Why Join Us?
