We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Tower Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at heights, travel to job sites, and help build and maintain wireless communication towers. Key Responsibilities:

Climb and work on communication towers up to 800 feet Install, maintain, and repair antennas, lines, and related equipment Follow safety protocols and complete job hazard assessments Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Travel regularly to job sites and be flexible with scheduling Communicate clearly and effectively with crew leads and project managers Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations

Preferred Qualifications:
