This role is essential in building, maintaining, and upgrading wireless infrastructure, working hands-on at height to install antennas, lines, and equipment safely and efficiently. You'll work outdoors on a variety of telecom sites and travel extensively across the East Coast, often on 4 to 8 week rotations. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of rigging techniques, tower safety, and installation practices, and thrives in a team environment while reporting directly to the Foreman Requirements (Must Have Before Starting) Valid Driver's License; OSHA 30 Certification; NWSA TTT1 or TTT2 Certification; Willingness to travel extensively across East coast markets; Rigging knowledge and ability to perform line and antenna installations. Required Experience AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon L&A site Work; Familiarity with telecom safety standards and installation scopes.
