Job Overview Trillium Tower Development is seeking skilled and motivated Foreman Tower Technicians to join our dynamic team. Trillium Tower Development excels in a wide range of tower services, including tower construction and decommissioning, comprehensive gin pole work from small to large scale projects, installation and maintenance of microwave point-to-point systems, AM/FM broadcast services, TV broadcast systems, tower modifications and upgrades, guy wire inspections and replacements, plumb and tension, TIA tower inspections, site audits, and tower maintenance. Responsibilities Work efficiently and effectively with a team to complete structural projects with a high level of detail and timeliness. Ability to effectively manage a team, direct activities, and communicate precisely. Lead and train field personnel (apprentices, technicians, and lead technicians) to perform various tasks on elevated structures. Supervise the installation and repair of telecommunications equipment, including familiarity with RF (radio frequency) technology and other specialized tools and systems. Significant experience in tower climbing and construction, along with a proven background in working on cellular networks. Perform on-site installations, repairs, and modifications. Ensure compliance with all company safety requirements, as well as federal and state laws. Assist and guide crew members in understanding their tasks and executing them correctly. Lead with integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Possess and maintain a valid Class D driver's license

Qualifications:

Either through company provided training or currently certified in CPR/First Aid

AED OSHA 10 RF

Radiation Safety & Awareness Competent Climber Certification Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all fall protection and safety procedures Skills Extensive knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, fiber splicing, and cabling techniques Experience with 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G network technology deployments Proficiency in rigging, and bucket operation in a telecommunications setting Ability to operate bucket trucks safely at heights while climbing towers as needed Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field service teams effectively Excellent understanding of telecommunication infrastructure installation standards Physical capability to perform climbing activities and work at elevated heights safely Familiarity with safety procedures related to working with high voltage systems and tower environments

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
