$18.00/hour Wavestar Solutions is looking for motivated and dependable Tower Technicians to join our growing team. No prior tower climbing experience is necessary — we provide paid training. What to Expect on the Job As a Tower Technician, you'll help install, maintain, and upgrade wireless telecommunications equipment on cell towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures. This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. Tower technicians may work at heights of 100-300 feet or more, depending on the site and project. The position involves climbing towers using appropriate safety equipment, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, handling tools and equipment, and performing physically demanding tasks. You'll work in conditions that may include heat, cold, wind, and changing weather. Strict safety procedures and fall protection are essential to every climb.
