•Pajtelecom, Inc. is a leader in wireless infrastructure services, specializing in tower construction, maintenance, and upgrades. We are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and delivering reliable solutions to our clients nationwide. We're seeking motivated, safety-conscious Cell Tower Climbers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll climb, inspect, install, and maintain equipment on communication towers at heights from 100+ feet. You will be an integral part of projects that support the expansion and performance of wireless networks. Tower Technicians will perform installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems. Tower Crews work in all weather conditions and are required to travel with many weekday overnights. Climbers work long hours outside in all weather conditions, climbing a cell tower at heights of 100+ feet in a full body harness for extended periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

Climb and work on telecommunication towers and related structures Install, troubleshoot, and repair antennas, coax, fiber, and other RF equipment Perform tower and equipment inspections, audits, and maintenance Read blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards Work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round Travel to job sites Monday through Friday (many overnight stays required) Collaborate with a 2-4 person crew on physically demanding projects Use power and hand tools safely and effectively Maintain a strong safety-first mindset at all times

Qualifications:

18+ years old Prior tower climbing experience preferred (but will train the right candidate) Comfortable working at heights of 100+ feet Able to lift 60+ lbs and work at heights for extended periods Valid driver's license and clean driving record OSHA 10 or 30, RF Awareness, and Climber Safety/Rescue certifications are a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude Must attend Monday 8:00 AM safety meetings in our Clackamas office Basic skills using power and hand tools Willingness to travel and work long hours Reliable, self-motivated, and hardworking Good communicator and team player Willing to learn and obtain required industry certifications Able to pass company-provided safety training
