Our foreman play a vital role and are at the core of our company, helping to construct and/or maintain wireless infrastructure (cell towers). They are working managers who perform physical work in the field while serving as on-site coordinators interacting with clients and vendors. We are looking for motivated, physically agile, collaborative individuals to join our team. Position involves travel and working at heights (climbing towers).

GENERAL DUTIES 1.

Personnel Management (Crew Leadership): Coordinate, schedule, delegate and oversee work of field staff Provide training & feedback, assess development, tend to accountability 2.

Job Management:

Review scope of work with field staff; set goals. Interpret construction drawings. Effectively manage project stakeholder inquiries. Trouble shoot issues, de-escalate. Maintain effective relationships to enhance sustainable future work. Perform safety checks, lead safety discussions, and maintain compliance. Work with Warehouse Manager to identify materials, load vehicles and stock supplies/tools. Make decisions associated with fiscal resources and vendor relations. Order supplies and schedule rentals. 3.

Technical Field Work :

•Must climb towers! Assist with tower construction and maintenance by climbing towers or serving as a ground leader/technician handling tools and materials. This may include concrete work, cell tower installation, running lines, general maintenance work. Use, manage, care for and become proficient with a variety of tools and equipment including but not limited to testing equipment, hand tools, rental equipment, vehicles, trailers, etc… 4. Documentation /

Certifications :

Utilize a variety of computer-based programs to complete technical work and communicate with co-workers, including Email, Microsoft Teams, and vendor specific portals. Maintain appropriate certifications. Maintain working knowledge of industry specifics. 5. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years' experience in construction, iron work, electrical work, maintenance, engineering or equivalent which provides you the skills necessary to perform the duties. Experience with leadership and/or supervision of staff Driver's License with a good driving record (past 3 years) Drug testing may be required Ability to travel throughout the northwest and be out of town 5 days a week. Ability to work overtime Preferred Experience in wireless infrastructure construction. Certifications applicable to the work

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to climb various towers up to 300+ ft. Ability to work in weather conditions ranging from snow, rain, wind to high heat and everything in between.

lifting, carrying, squatting, pulling, reaching, bending, sitting, walking.

Pay:

$35.00 - $55.00 per hour
