Santa Rosa, CA | Spokane, WA | Dallas- Fort Worth, TX | Oklahoma City, OK Fully Onsite | No Travel Required | Full-Time Position Overview Crown Innovations Inc.
Rigging / Signal
Person certification. Familiarity with FAA Technical Operations and NAS infrastructure. Experience supporting government contracts for tower upgrades. Experience using tools such as cable testers, spectrum analyzers, torque wrenches, and hoisting equipment. Knowledge of environmental considerations such as NEPA compliance or wildlife impact assessments. Additional Role Considerations Familiarity with hazardous materials handling, includingHAZWOPER
certification, may be beneficial. Experience supporting sustainable construction practices or modern infrastructure initiatives. Exposure to emerging technologies such as 5G integration for aviation environments. Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to evolving project requirements. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to climb towers and work at height. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including heat, cold, and high winds. Work performed in outdoor construction environments with exposure to noise, heights, and jobsite hazards. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided. Work Environment Fully onsite position in the location assigned to. Work performed at active construction sites and infrastructure locations. Travel is not required for this role. Compensation Tower Construction Technician- $30.00
