Rotation schedule available | Sign-on bonus (ask recruiter) We're hiring experienced tower climbers for telecom work. If you've climbed, rigged, and built towers before, we want you on the crew. Candidates must reside in Texas, Colorado, Nebraska or South Dakota. What You'll Do Climb towers (up to 500 ft) to install and maintain antennas, radios, and cabling Run coax and fiber, install connectors, and perform sweep and fiber testing Install mounts, RRUs, masts, supports, and other tower equipment Work on microwave dishes (1 ft-10 ft) Troubleshoot RF, fiber, and equipment issues Build and modify towers (monopoles, guyed, self-supports) Load/unload gear, keep sites clean, and complete job paperwork Lead crew members if you're in a Top Hand/Foreman role What You Need At least 1 year of tower climbing / telecom construction experience (comp based on experience) Knowledge of rigging, knots, and tower safety Able to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Can follow directions and get the job done right the first time Good attitude, shows up ready to work, and works well within various teams Certs (Have Them or Get Them) Climber/Rescue cert OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 required after hire) First Aid / CPR Requirements 21 or older with a valid driver's license Pass background check, MVR, and drug test Lift 75 lbs. and handle long days Work outside in all weather What You Get Steady work on active telecom projects Sign-on bonus Travel + rotation schedules Opportunity to move up to Top Hand or Foreman If you show up, work hard, and know your way around a tower, apply today!
