DAS & Small Cell - Technician III Req #211 New Braunfels, TX, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 5:00 AM DAS Technician III (Foreman) Position Summary Lead field technician responsible for supervising installation crews, commissioning systems, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution. This is a safety-sensitive position. Key Responsibilities Safety First - Put safety first and production second. Always. Lead crews of up to six technicians. Coordinate daily activities with Construction Managers and customers. Perform and validate Sweep, PIM, Fiber, and commissioning testing. Troubleshoot and optimize DAS, Small Cell, and Public Safety systems. Review RFDS, construction drawings, and quality documentation. Train and mentor field personnel. Ensure schedule, safety, and quality compliance. Physical Demands Ability to lift 20-50+ pounds and work at heights, on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Travel approximately 80 -100%, including overnight assignments. Valid driver's license required . Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or
GED. 2-4
years of DAS, wireless, or telecommunications installation experience. Knowledge of wireless construction safety practices. Ability to read construction drawings and follow installation procedures. OSHA 10 preferred (OSHA 30 preferred for senior roles).
Position Type Full-time Typical Schedule:
