Tower Technician MasTec Communications Group $56867.00 /Year medical insurance, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) United States, Texas, Braunfels Aug 06, 2026 Overview Tower Technician Responsibilities Tower Technician Work at construction sites to: Climb towers and ladders up to 500 feet and carry up to 50 lbs. of equipment Erect monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers Install new carriers on new build and existing towers for AT&T Perform transmission line and installation of foam/air dielectric coaxial, hardline, and elliptical waveguide. Perform installation of cell site foundations, grounding, and conduits, with electrical installations. Provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians Qualifications Must have High School Diploma or foreign equivalent plus one year experience in the job offered. Valid U.S. driver's license (no violations or suspensions within 3 years) and a current DOT CMV medical card required. 100% travel to construction sites to various unanticipated locations within the United States.
