We are seeking an experienced Top Hand to support high‑quality wireless infrastructure builds and upgrades. This role requires a dependable technician with strong technical ability, proven climbing experience, and professionalism to work safely and efficiently at height. This position is not entry‑level. Responsibilities Safely climb and work on towers up to 500 ft using approved fall‑protection systems Install, route, and troubleshoot antennas, lines, RRUs, mounts, coax, and fiber Perform sector builds, line and antenna swaps, and structural modifications Execute sweep, PIM, and fiber testing with accuracy and attention to detail Support the Foreman with rigging plans, lift coordination, and crew workflow Complete daily reports, JHAs, close‑out photos, and required documentation Maintain PPE, climbing gear, rigging equipment, and tools in proper condition Travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays and varied weather conditions Requirements Minimum 2-3+ years of tower climbing experience—must be fully qualified Strong rigging, rescue, and elevated‑work skills Solid understanding of RF systems, grounding, weatherproofing, and carrier standards Valid driver's license; ability to pass drug screen and climb test Preferred certifications:

OSHA 10/30, NWSA

Pay:
