This role requires climbing, technical precision, and strict adherence to safety standards. This position requires regular travel and the ability to work at significant heights. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installations and maintenance of wireless and telecommunications equipment on towers and rooftops.
  • Climb towers and elevated structures to install antennas, RRUs, mounts, lines, and related hardware.
  • Assist with cable installation, including fiber, power, grounding, and hybrid cables.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of RF systems and fiber connections.
  • Install and secure equipment cabinets and site hardware as required.
  • Interpret Scope of Work (SOW) documents and execute tasks as directed.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and organization on job sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
  • Accurately document work performed, including photos and reporting requirements.
Qualifications 1+ years of tower experience. NWSA (TTT-1) -- REQUIRED Ability to climb and work at heights for extended periods. Experience with antenna swaps, line sweeps, PIM testing, and fiber troubleshooting. Comfortable traveling and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to adapt to varying work schedules based on operational needs. Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions. Proactive individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to lift 75+ lbs. Demonstrated understanding of grounding, rigging, and tower safety procedures.     Compensation Range:
    $23 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

    • Per diem provided in accordance with project requirements.
    Rotational schedules may be available for candidates residing outside the local market. Travel home allowances may be provided during designated rotation periods, subject to company policy.
