Job Description

Job Summary:
The employee learns and performs several duties related to the assembly, installation, and operation of towers at various locations. The employee will learn the basic skills required to become a Tower Technician I.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The employee has the responsibility and duty to conduct themselves professionally at all times, follow safety rules, and regulations as set in the Nsight Safety Manual. The employee must safely climb towers, water tanks, and work on rooftop installations. As well as learn and retaining the knowledge required for the Tower Tech I position, including the ability to: Safely run the rope winch during the hoisting of materials Properly set up and operate test equipment Install all site-related components properly Demonstrate competent rigging skills Have firm mechanical skills Read and follow detailed drawings and written/verbal instructions Inspect and care for PPE Recognize safety hazards
Requirements:
A four-year high school or educational equivalent required. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record required. Basic computer knowledge To view our competitive benefits, click here!
