Pay Range :
$00.00 - $00.00 per hour depends on experience. Job consists of repairing all types of rail cars using hand tools, cutting torches and welding equipment along with performing inspections in accordance with AAR, FRA, Railroad rules, company policies and safety procedures. Day shift job may require evening and/or weekend work. Work is of the physical nature and involves frequent walking, gripping, reaching, kneeling, bending and stooping. Working environment is outdoors. On a post-offer basis, candidates must pass drug screening and eRailSafe background check to meet the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requirements as required by the railroad. Full-time employees are eligible for health plan benefits first of month following 60 days of employment.
