Sussex Protection Service is looking for hardworking and self-motivated individuals to grow with our company. Overtime is available.

Traffic control duties include:

flagging, setting up and/or maintaining road closures, as required in accordance with State and Federal Highway regulations. No experience needed- Will Train!

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required with reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Working Cell Phone
• Pass DOT Physical
• Capacity to lift at least 40 pounds
• Pass pre-hire/random drug and alcohol test
• Team Player
• Willing to work overtime (night/weekends)
• Mechanical or Construction Experience preferred, but not required.
• Flagger-Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills
• Ability to accept and learn from criticism
• Have flexibility and adaptability
