Responsibilities Direct and control vehicular traffic around construction sites to ensure safety. Set up and maintain traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barriers. Communicate effectively with construction crew members to coordinate activities. Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or unsafe practices Maintain a clear understanding of construction site protocols and follow all safety regulations. Experience Experience working on construction sites with an emphasis on safety practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
