Performs airport maintenance and repair including, but not limited to: boarding bridges, baggage belts, doors and door operators, HVAC equipment, emergency generator, gate operators, lighting fixtures, controls, and airfield lighting and signs, public address (P/A) systems, and custodial equipment; carpentry, dry walling, painting, plumbing repairs to sanitary, storm, portable and closed loop systems, preventative maintenance, motorized equipment, snow removal using necessary equipment, and performs general and routine maintenance on equipment. One year documented prior experience to establish competency in duties performed and use of required equipment and tools; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work. Backflow prevention license within six (6) months of hire date.
