Repair. Problem Solve. We're looking for a skilled, hands-on Property Maintenance Technician who enjoys building, repairing, and solving problems. This isn't your typical maintenance technician position. Our team has dedicated HVAC and electrical specialists. We're looking for someone who takes pride in the "bricks and sticks" side of property maintenance—carpentry, drywall, doors, decks, apartment turns, and the countless repairs that keep our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. If you're the person everyone calls when something needs to be fixed, built, or repaired the right way, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Repair and rebuild decks, stairs, railings, fences, and other exterior structures. Install and repair doors, locks, windows, trim, cabinets, shelving, and hardware. Patch, repair, texture, and paint drywall. Complete apartment turns, including repairs needed to prepare units for new residents. Repair flooring, baseboards, countertops, cabinets, and other interior finishes. Perform general property repairs throughout occupied apartments, common areas, and building exteriors. Identify repair needs and recommend long-lasting solutions. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. What We're Looking For Candidates with experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, finish carpentry, handyman services, or general building repair are encouraged to apply. We're looking for someone with: Strong carpentry and general repair skills. Experience with drywall repair, painting, doors, windows, trim, and finish work. The ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs independently. Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail. A dependable work ethic and a positive attitude.
