Be part of a collaborative and professional group committed to your growth. What You'll Do Direct traffic flow safely and efficiently at designated areas using hand signals and signs. Manage traffic control equipment, including signs, barricades, and other devices. Interact courteously with drivers, pedestrians, and event attendees. Ensure your punctual and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts. Assist with additional tasks as needed to maintain traffic order. Possess a commitment to attendance and punctuality. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours), repetitively hold signs and/or flags, have the ability to use and raise arms to chest height in order to direct traffic. Must be physically able to move and place any signage in appropriate location. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including wind, rain, cold, snow, heat, etc
