What You'll Do Direct traffic safely through construction and maintenance zones Communicate clearly with team members and the public Maintain a safe and organized work environment Set up and manage work zones using AWS signs and safety equipment Follow all state and company safety regulations
What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and work in all weather conditions Willingness to learn and grow with a professional team
