Job Overview Join our roadway maintenance team and help keep our highways safe, clean, and welcoming. This role focuses on the removal of litter and large debris from highways and roadways to support public safety and community appearance. You will work as part of a team, performing daily cleanup activities in designated areas while following safety protocols and procedures. This job offers work days Monday-Saturday that fit your schedule with immediate openings and no previous experience. Key Responsibilities Remove litter, debris, and large objects from highways, roadways, and surrounding areas Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned cleanup routes efficiently Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain awareness of traffic and environmental hazards while working roadside Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas as needed Experience & Qualifications No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Valid driver's license (preferred, if applicable)

Pay:

$21.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
