Mainline Traffic Control Services, LLC is an up and coming traffic control company located in Battle Ground, Washington. Requirements:

18 years old or older Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to work in Oregon and Washington Valid Flaggers Certification Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift 40 LB or more Desire to work as a team Dedication to safety of yourself, others, and the environment Ability to communicate effectively Adaptability to changing work environment and schedule Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:

• Direct traffic at construction sites or other locations as assigned
• Set up traffic control devices such as cones, barricades, and signs to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely
• Communicate with drivers and pedestrians to ensure a smooth flow of traffic
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as necessary
• Report any incidents or hazards to supervisors or appropriate authorities
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while on the job

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

• General road safety knowledge
• 1-5 years flagging experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and pedestrians
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Note:

While not all skills may be required for every Traffic Controller position, having experience or knowledge in these areas would be beneficial.
