Job description: Flagger (Traffic Control) - Full Time Salem,OR $18-$22 per hour United Traffic Control Solutions LLC Job Overview United Traffic Control Solutions LLC is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Flagger to join our team in Portland , OR . In this role, you will be responsible for directing traffic and ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians around active construction and work zones . The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, and able to communicate clearly with both team members and the public while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Location:

Salem,OR (various job sites) Responsibilities Work with the team to establish safe traffic flow around construction zones in accordance with safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Direct and flag motorists to warn them of obstacles, construction activities, or road work ahead. Monitor and take responsibility for the work zone , ensuring vehicles pass safely. Set up and maintain traffic control devices , including signs, barricades, traffic cones, and other warning equipment. Respond to emergencies when directed and perform tasks that support public safety and property protection. Travel and relocate to different job sites as required by United Traffic Control Solutions LLC. Perform all assigned duties to the highest safety and performance standards . Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong communication and situational awareness skills Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable transportation to reach job sites Commitment to work zone safety and teamwork Why Join Us?
