Aerotek is hiring Flaggers to support roadway and construction work zones across the region. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a safety‑focused team, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do ?️ Traffic Control — Direct and manage traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to keep work zones safe. Setup & Removal — Place cones, signs, and barricades according to state standards and company procedures. Site Monitoring — Watch road conditions and adjust traffic patterns to maintain a safe environment. Communication — Coordinate with crews, supervisors, and the public to ensure smooth operations. Daily Dispatch — Use a mobile app to receive assignments and travel to job sites within ~1 hour of the central shop. Training — Complete a 3-4 hour traffic control training course before orientation. After a one‑day orientation in Greentree, PA, you'll be dispatched daily from home via the mobile app to job sites within about a one‑hour radius. Job Type & Location ?
