Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking for a Traffic Coordinator to join their team. As a Traffic Coordinator you will be part of the shipping and receiving operations supporting efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

$15 per hour (depending on experience) Monday-Friday 10AM-7:00PM and 11AM-8PM some Saturdays What's the Job? Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements. Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment status. Prepare and verify shipping documentation. Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues. Maintain accurate records in transportation and warehouse management systems. Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure service commitments are met. Support operational reporting and customer service requirements. What's Needed? Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
