The flagger must be timely, courteous, professional and understand traffic operations. The flagger may be asked by superintendent/foreman to help with other general labor operations when no need for flagging operations. Crew performs Concrete flatworks and other related civil works. Job Duties Must have certification current or ready to enroll for class Must be able to communicate in English and preferably some level of spanish.
