Job Description
$25/hr to start | 3-hour minimum guarantee per callout | Paid training in October Shoveling, salting, running equipment on sidewalks and entryways. This is hard work in tough conditions, and we pay accordingly. No experience necessary, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to be outside when it's cold and coming down. What you'll do: Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, entrances, and walkways Apply salt/ice melt as directed May operate small equipment (snow blower, ATV/snow raider) as needed What we offer: $25/hr starting rate for the season Guaranteed minimum 3 hours per callout Paid training before the season kicks off Consistent work throughout the winter for reliable crew members What we're looking for: Able to work outdoors in winter conditions for extended shifts Available for early morning/overnight dispatch during storms Dependable, this job only works if you show up when we call Apply today!
