We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. The Flagger will be responsible for directing traffic safely through construction and work zones while protecting workers, motorists, and pedestrians.

Responsibilities:

Direct and control traffic flow using stop/slow paddles and hand signals Set up and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades) Communicate clearly with crew members and motorists Maintain a safe work environment at all times Follow all state and company safety regulations Stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements:

Flagger certification (or ability to obtain) Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods Strong communication skills Must be dependable and punctual Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous traffic control or construction experience
