Job Description
Looking for Fiber Optic splicers who want to make a difference and become part of a growing team. Experience in splicing and prepping of fiber optic pedestals and enclosures Knowledge in OTDR, power meter and PON testing Experience in splicing and repairs of new and existing plant, buried and aerial cables using all types of construction methods Working in aerial environments and operating bucket trucks is preferred Ability to travel to projects in various states. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Previous experience and knowledge of underground utility construction a must Ability to operate all equipment safely and productively Knowledge and understanding of reading drawings and ability to follow specifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with crew, leadership, and clients Valid Driver's License OSHA 10 Certification Current CPR Certification Function effectively as an integral part of a team Must be able to meet physical demands of the position
