Position Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecommunications networks. This role performs aerial coax and fiber construction work while maintaining DOTCOM's high standards for safety, quality, and production. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working on strand, lash, and pole line systems in the telecom space.

Responsibilities:

Perform aerial construction work including strand placement, lashing, and cable installation Install and maintain coax and/or fiber cable on poles and aerial plant infrastructure Perform pole transfers, make-ready work, and placement of hardware and attachments Install and replace taps, splitters, amplifiers, and related aerial components as required Read and interpret construction prints, maps, and work orders Safely operate bucket trucks and aerial tools/equipment Maintain safe work zones, traffic control, and job site cleanliness Follow DOTCOM safety policies and comply with OSHA and client requirements Assist in troubleshooting and restoring service during maintenance or outage work

Qualifications:

2 or more years of aerial telecommunications construction experience preferred Working knowledge of aerial coax and/or fiber construction methods Experience with strand, lashers, pole hardware, and basic plant components Ability to work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills Commitment to DOTCOM's values:
