Responsibilities Operate ground-penetrating radar (GPR) equipment and utility locating devices to identify underground utilities and structures with precision. Interpret site plans, construction blueprints, schematics, and underground utility maps to guide locating activities. Conduct utility marking on construction sites, ensuring clear communication of utility locations to all project stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of utility locations, markings, and field observations for project documentation and compliance. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members regarding findings, safety protocols, and site conditions. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or field technician in utility locating or related fields such as land surveying or construction.
