We're hiring Overhead Telecommunications Aerial Lineman to join our team. This is a full-time role with great benefits and the chance to work outdoors, learn valuable trade skills, and be part of a team that builds the future of communication infrastructure. As an aerial lineman, you'll be working on crews that install and maintain overhead fiber optic cables. Every day is different — you'll be: Driving work trucks and towing trailers to job sites Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment Digging, pulling ropes, and helping install aerial cables Setting up safety signs and equipment to protect your team Climbing in and out of trucks, bucket lifts, and other machines Working outdoors — rain or shine — and sometimes at heights Supporting skilled technicians and learning the trade Hanging wire & lashing cables Securing down-guy wires to ground anchors Restoring downed cables and services during outages and severe weather events.

Requirements:

Are eager to learn, listen, and grow into a skilled trade Have a valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred. Are at least 21 years old Can pass a DOT physical and drug screening Are comfortable working at heights and in an outdoor setting Can lift and move materials weighing 40-60 lbs (sometimes up to 100 lbs) Are available for full-time hours, including occasional weekends or emergency calls Some out of town work required.
