Key Responsibilities:

Operate and learn to use equipment (backhoes, loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, tools) Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair of water, sewer, stormwater, and fiber systems Perform digging, backfilling, site restoration, and clean-up Help locate underground utilities and support safe excavation Respond to service calls and emergencies Use mobile tools to track and document work Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures Work Conditions Outdoor work in all weather conditions Exposure to noise, mud, and sewer environments On-call rotation required Occasional nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency response

Education and Skills:

High school diploma or GED Interest in learning equipment operation and utility systems Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors year-round Strong reliability and safety mindset Team-oriented with willingness to learn

Pay & Benefits Operator I:

Starting at $17.77/hour - $18.50/hour (DOE)

Operator II:
