Is looking for a motivated, dependable individual who wants to learn the cable/fiber lineman trade and build a long-term career in the telecommunication industry. What you'll do: Work together with a cable/fiber construction crew Learn aerial and fiber installation techniques Work with bucket trucks, pole climbing gear, hand tools, and telecom equipment Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of communications infrastructure Develop skills to advance within the company

Experience:

Telecommunications or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid drivers license Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors and heights all year round Dependable and willing to work as part of a crew

Pay & Opportunities:

$750/Week during training $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days of consistent attendance Pay increases based on experience and skill level Opportunities for advancement Hands-on training in a skilled trade
