D&D Service is seeking Aerial lineman pay based on experience This position requires not only technical expertise but also a commitment to safety and quality in all work performed. You will be working outdoors, often in challenging conditions, which necessitates physical stamina and the ability to work at heights. Aerial Linemen are responsible for collaborating with other team members to execute projects efficiently and effectively. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced telecommunications technology, and you will reinstall, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and associated equipment. Inspect existing aerial lines for damages or required upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks. Collaborate with team members and participate in project planning and execution. Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for residential and commercial clients. Operate aerial lifts and other equipment safely and effectively. Able to work off a ladder if needed. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. This person would be using a cable lashing equipment, lasher, power drills, Linemen tools to complete this work. Would need to have a Class D drive license and would be in a 15,000 GVW Bucket truck. Must be at least 18 years of age
