Job Summary Tech Network Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable Drop Bury Technicians to join our growing telecommunications team. In this role, you will install, bury, repair, and maintain underground fiber and coaxial service drops that connect customer locations to the network. Candidates with experience in telecommunications construction, underground utilities, or a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Bury fiber‑optic and coaxial cable drops from mainline facilities to customer premises Operate trenchers, vibratory plows, directional boring equipment, and hand tools safely Restore customer property to company standards after installation Read and interpret utility locates and construction prints Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and damage‑prevention requirements Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members Complete documentation, photos, and work orders accurately and on time Troubleshoot and repair damaged drop lines as needed Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment QualificationsPreferred Experience in telecommunications, utilities, landscaping, construction, or drop bury work Knowledge of fiber‑optic and coaxial cable installation Experience operating trenching or underground construction equipment Ability to read utility locates and construction maps Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to pass background screening and drug testing if required Why Join TNI?
