Core Responsibilities Build, service, and repair power distribution and transmission lines while strictly following industry standards. Help restore power quickly by performing expert-level diagnostics to identify and fix electrical system failures. Work in close coordination with your crew to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time. Manage intricate rigging operations, utilizing ropes, winches, and hoists to ensure safe line installations. Promote a culture of safety by strictly following all OSHA regulations and internal policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace. Provide clear and timely updates to team leads regarding project status, potential delays, or safety issues. Work Environment You will be part of a high-performing group of professionals backed by modern equipment and a deep commitment to safety. You will work under the guidance of a Line Foreman alongside a team that prioritizes innovative solutions and high-quality results. Required Qualifications Possess a current Journeyman Lineman certification and at least three years of hands-on field experience. Demonstrate the ability to accurately analyze and follow electrical blueprints and technical schematics. Maintain a deep knowledge of power systems and fundamental electrical theory. Showcase your ability to operate aerial bucket trucks and standard lineman equipment effectively. Hold a valid driver's license, a clean driving history, and dependable personal transportation.
