This role would require candidates to work on Job sites across Pennsylvania, parts of Maryland and Delaware. Performance Objectives Safely construct, maintain, and repair transmission and distribution power lines within established guidelines and standards. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve outages and electrical system malfunctions swiftly, minimizing downtime. Collaborate efficiently with a dedicated team to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to tight schedules. Execute complex rigging tasks, ensuring safe and efficient use of hoists, winches, and ropes for line installations. Maintain vigilant adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company safety policies, consistently achieving zero safety incidents. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, delays, or safety concerns promptly. You will report directly to the Line Foreman, working with a team committed to excellence and innovative solutions. Essential Qualifications Valid Journeyman Lineman certification with a minimum of three years of field experience. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong understanding of electrical theory and power systems. Proven experience with the use of lineman tools and aerial bucket trucks.
