Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Lineman to join our team. The Lineperson will be responsible for reading prints, building new construction, managing ground hand and reporting all production. Production based pay.

Duties:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications structures
• Operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks and mini-excavator
• Climb poles and towers to access lines for repair and installation
• Communicate effectively while on construction sites and with office staff

Skills:

• Proficiency in working with bucket trucks for aerial line work
• Knowledge of reading prints
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
• Comfortable climbing poles and towers at construction sites
