We're adding an experienced aerial lineman to the crew. This is local work. You sleep in your own bed every night. No hotels, no living out of a truck for three weeks at a stretch, no chasing per diem across three states. The job You'll be in a bucket most days: framing poles, building strand, hanging and lashing cable. Some of it is new build. A lot of it is make-ready and transfers on existing plant. Pole framing, strand building, cable hanging and lashing New cable placement, pole transfers, make-ready, figure-8 Run a 45-ft boom/bucket truck. Climb when the bucket can't get there Read construction prints and build what's on them Find and fix problems in the plant instead of leaving them for the next crew Document your work and testing to customer spec Keep your truck, tools, and placement gear in working shape Traffic control and PPE, every day, no exceptions We measure the day in footage. If you're used to hitting production numbers, you'll fit here. What you need 3+ years in aerial telecom construction. Bucket and climbing both. Strand and ADSS placement, lashing, and the ability to read a print without someone walking you through it Able to work overhead and at shoulder height for most of a shift, and handle reels, blocks, and cable placement equipment [
