We are seeking dependable, motivated Entry-Level Field Operations Technicians to join our team supporting one of the world's leading semiconductor organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who are eager to learn, grow, and develop specialized technical skills. No semiconductor experience is required—we provide the training. What You'll Do
- Assemble semiconductor equipment according to detailed work instructions and engineering specifications
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
- Use hand tools and precision tools to complete equipment assembly
- Perform mechanical assembly with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow established quality standards and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Desired Skills & Experience We're looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience building, assembling, or repairing equipment or machinery
- Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
- Automotive, aviation, HVAC, industrial, military, or technical trade experience
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical or electrical schematics
- Technical school, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain a U.S. passport
- Open to 40%
- 60% annual travel for work (up to 3 months, at a time)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Strong attention to detail
