• $32 per hour Responsibilities Provide engineering support for wind turbine maintenance, restoration, and special projects.

Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action recommendations. Troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment failures. Review repair procedures, technical reports, and contractor work scopes. Support major component replacements, blade programs, and reliability initiatives. Develop engineering solutions and repair recommendations for mechanical issues. Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, contractors, Project Managers, and Site Operations. Assist with project planning, budgeting, and technical documentation. Support fleet-wide reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide engineering guidance for complex field projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of engineering experience supporting wind turbines, renewable energy assets, or comparable industrial equipment. Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment failures. Strong technical writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and engineering analysis tools.

Preferred / Nice

-to-Have Qualifications Experience with GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, or other wind turbine platforms. Experience with major component replacements. Knowledge of wind turbine mechanical systems. Experience supporting utility-scale wind generation assets. Experience with fleet reliability initiatives. Proficiency with Smartsheet and Power BI.
